Privacy Policy

We collect information you give us directly, information collected automatically as you use the Site, and information from third-party providers that help us deliver service.

Information you give us

• Contact details — first name, last name, email address, and phone number, submitted through the quote builder, request-a-callback form, or contact form.
• Home details — service address, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, approximate square footage, pets in the home, and any notes you provide about preferred days, allergies, or special requests.
• Service preferences — the type of cleaning service you’re interested in (recurring, deep, move-in/out, etc.) and your preferred frequency.
• Correspondence — messages you send us by email, phone, SMS, or chat.

Information collected automatically

• Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages visited, and approximate location derived from your IP.
• Cookies & similar technologies — small data files placed on your device to remember preferences, measure traffic, and attribute conversions. See the “Cookies” section below for more.
• Marketing identifiers — Google click ID (“gclid”), Meta click ID (“fbclid”), TikTok click ID (“ttclid”), and UTM tags appended to inbound links so we can understand which campaigns brought you to us.

Information from third parties

• Address autocomplete — Radar provides address suggestions and may return a building footprint so we can estimate your home’s square footage. We never share your address with third parties beyond the service providers listed below.
• Public property records — when available, we look up publicly recorded property data (bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, year built) through RentCast, ATTOM Data, or OpenStreetMap so we can pre-fill the quote builder for you.

• To respond to your quote, callback, or contact request.
• To schedule, perform, and follow up on cleaning services you book.
• To send transactional emails (booking confirmations, receipts, callback requests) and, where you’ve consented, occasional marketing emails. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
• To improve the Site, the quote builder, and our cleaning service.
• To measure the performance of our advertising and prevent fraudulent or duplicate submissions.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of service.

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to run the Site, remember your preferences, and measure advertising performance. The categories we use are:

• Strictly necessary — required to load the Site and keep your form session active. Cannot be disabled.
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js) measures how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. IP addresses are truncated where supported.
• Advertising — Google Ads (incl. Enhanced Conversions), Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and TikTok Pixel and Events API help us measure ad performance and reach the right audiences. These platforms may receive hashed versions of your email, phone, and name so they can match your interaction to a click. You can opt out via: Google Ads Settings, Meta Ad Preferences, and TikTok ad controls.

Most browsers let you refuse cookies or alert you before they’re set. Refusing all cookies may prevent the quote builder and other interactive features from working correctly.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed for them to perform that work:

• Maid.tech — our CRM and booking system. Quote and callback submissions are relayed to Maid.tech so our team can respond.
• Supabase — secure database hosting for our lead records and content management.
• Resend — sends transactional emails on our behalf (booking confirmations, callback requests, team notifications).
• Radar — address autocomplete on the quote builder.
• RentCast, ATTOM Data, OpenStreetMap — publicly recorded property data used to pre-fill the quote builder.
• RingCentral — voice and SMS used by our team to contact you about your quote or booking.
• Google, Meta, TikTok — analytics and advertising platforms (see Section 3).
• Vercel — hosting infrastructure for this Site.
• Legal & safety — when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Maid Brigade, our customers, or others.

We retain lead and customer records for as long as needed to provide service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 7).

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information — including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, role-based access controls, and least-privilege service credentials. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to reduce risk.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to opt out of certain processing (including targeted advertising); and to lodge a complaint with a regulator. Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA.

Opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing us. You will continue to receive transactional emails about your bookings.

If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive service-related calls and SMS messages from our team about your quote or booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further SMS messages; reply HELP for assistance. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Our Site and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We serve Southeast Houston, Texas. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from those in your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by a notice on the Site or by email where appropriate.
